1. Who we are
PYKSL is a Dubai-based performance marketing and AI automation agency. This policy describes how PYKSL FZ-LLC (“PYKSL”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data on this website and across services.
2. What we collect
When you book a call or submit the audit form, we collect: name, role, email, company, website, industry, revenue band, monthly ad spend, and any free-text answers you provide. We use these only to respond to your enquiry and (with consent) to send infrequent operator updates.
3. Tracking and cookies
We use analytics and advertising tags to understand how the site is used and to measure our own paid media. This site loads Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, the Meta Pixel, and the Google Ads tag. The Google Ads tag includes remarketing, so you may see our ads on Google and Meta properties after visiting this site.
When you submit a form, we also send that conversion to Meta from our own server. Any contact details included are normalised and hashed with SHA-256 before they are sent — we do not send Meta your raw email address or phone number.
We do not operate a cookie consent banner, so these tags load on every visit. To opt out, block or clear cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, turn off Google ad personalisation in My Ad Center, and turn off Meta ad personalisation in your Meta ad preferences. You can also email privacy@pyksl.com and we will stop processing your data.
4. Client data
Data we process on behalf of clients (their ad accounts, CRM, call records) is handled under separate Data Processing Agreements. We never use client data for cross-client analytics or training.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@pyksl.com.
